The lip beauty routine should slowly become the norm for all year round, if we want to keep our lips looking fuller, healthy and wrinkle free. So, start now with the steps we mention below, and slowly incorporate this routine in your skincare schedule that you are performing every night.

Just as you tend to the skin around your eyes to be wrinkle free and well hydrated, in the same way you should look after your lips, because who wants to kiss a dry, cracked lip, or be kissed all over by an abrasive mouth?

So, here is the lip beauty routine that you should start doing every night at the beginning, and after that at least for three nights per week:

Step 1 Exfoliation

Before applying any kind of product, you need to prepare the base, and that means exfoliating the lips so that you can remove all the dead or cracked skin. This way you prepare the surface of your lips for the treatment to come.

Use a gentle exfoliating product, so that you won’t do more harm to your lips. You can use the same exfoliating product that you are using for facial exfoliation, or you can buy a lip exfoliating product, either way the result will be instantly visible.

              Step 2 Moisturizing mask

Now that you’ve removed all the nasty dead skin from the surface of your lips is time to apply a moisturizing mask to nurture the cracked and damaged skin in depth.

If you want to have the immediate effect of a plumper lip you can use a moisturizing mask that is enhanced with chili pepper extract. The chili pepper has a vasodilating effect that improves the blood circulation in your lips, making your lips look fuller and brighter, red color.

Leave the moisturizing mask on for at least ten minutes to allow the ingredients to penetrate the lips and hydrate them.

Lip gym and ice

This step should be done a few times per week so is not something that should be included in your daily beauty lip routine.

Do some lip gymnastics to keep your lips plump and toned, without wrinkles. The easiest exercise to do is to make the letter O with your lips and keep that move till you count to 20 and then repeat a couple of times. After that get an ice cube and massage your lips to improve the blood circulation in your lips.
