Only then, she states, will rules and regulations be imposed.

When asked what she will do in the future when trying to get a job, Lauren says that she “wouldn’t want to work for someone who discriminates against sex workers” anyway. Even now, although her porn star identity is completely public, Lauren wants to continue working in this industry.

“For me, shooting pornography brings me unimaginable joy. When I finish a scene, I know that I have done so and completed an honest day’s work. It is my artistic outlet: my love, my happiness, my home”, she says. Many escorts believe the same about their chosen paths.
